Senior Adult Home in Sweetwater, Scottsdale

While our other three locations typically have a nice mix of male & female residents, the Villa became our “ladies only” assisted living home a few years ago, simply because that’s what the residents really wanted, so we figured out a way to accommodate them.

A typical day at the Villa, and all Colten Adult Care Homes for that matter, includes a visit from Karen our activities coordinator, who loves to do things as a group as well as interact one on one with our residents. She also loves birthday & holiday celebrations!
