Mobility and Physical Assistance
- Help with Moving and Transfers: Assistance with walking, transferring from beds or chairs, and using mobility aids safely.
- Exercise and Wellness Programs: Organized activities or personalized exercise routines to maintain or improve mobility and overall well-being.
Daily Living and Household Support
- Meal Preparation and Dining Assistance: Nutritionally balanced meals prepared on-site, with help for those who need assistance eating.
- Housekeeping and Laundry: Regular cleaning of living spaces, laundry services, and assistance in maintaining a tidy environment.
Social and Recreational Services
- Social Activities: Organized events, hobbies, and activities that promote social engagement and a sense of community.

Additional Support Services
24/7 Assistance: Around-the-clock awake at night staff available to respond to emergencies or additional needs.
